To eliminate the hassle of waiting all day for a delivery, the app provides 30-minute delivery alerts. You will be notified in advance regarding the expected delivery timeframe and receive an update when the driver is just 30 minutes away.

The app also enables you to conveniently track your active and previous deliveries. You can stay informed about the status of your parcels and anticipate their arrival. As an added measure of security, DPD even offers photo evidence of your parcel's location if it has been safely delivered to your chosen safe place.

An important aspect of the app is the option to manage multiple addresses. You can set preferences for various locations such as work, home, or family members' addresses. This flexibility allows you to tailor your delivery experience no matter where you are in the UK.

Tracking your driver's progress is made effortless with the driver tracking feature.
